I offer half or full-day workshops to help you develop and deliver a fundraising strategy. This workshop looks at where you want to be, reviewing your financial forecasts and future projects. We then take a look at different income streams, what each can offer and what the different return on investment would be for your organisation. We cover donor journeys and how to build buy-in to your brand.

This is then brought together into a 3-5 year fundraising strategy to help you generate the income you need to deliver your services and build a sustainable future.
